The Service Site team includes a network of nationwide domestic appliance engineers, backed up by our administration, business development and marketing experts. To offer a higher level of service, many of our operations are handled by remote, off-site teams, all of which are seamlessly connected using the latest technology.
As a company our main objective is to use technology to improve the efficiency of the repair industry and the experience of customers requiring a repair. By having more engineers, we can provide faster service, at better prices. The closer our engineers are to each repair location, the less fuel, time and travel is made, which is not only great for the environment, but also helps to minimise costs for consumers in order to further encourage repairs, and helps empower independent engineers with more localised and efficient routes, which means they can carry out more repairs per day, thus influencing the supply and demand of repairs.
